Pick the share that matches the way you cook.

Every tier draws from the same fields on the same morning. The difference is volume — and a few extras we tuck in for households that eat a little more or a little greener.

Four reasons 1,800+ subscribers stay

What you're really signing up for.

  1. 01

A 94% retention rate, audited each season.

Of every subscriber who joined in 2023, ninety-four out of every hundred renewed for 2024. We publish the number publicly because it's the truest measure of whether the share delivers.

  2. 02

86% of every box, picked within twenty-four hours.

Not "local." Not "fresh from the region." Picked, washed, cooled, and packed the morning your share leaves the farm. The remaining 14% comes from our partner growers within forty miles — clearly labeled.

  3. 03

Skip a week, swap an item, change your pickup site.

Out of town Tuesday? Pause with one click in the member portal. Don't like fennel this week? Swap it for an heirloom tomato. Moving across town in August? Switch your pickup site — most members change at least once a season, no paperwork.

  4. 04

240,000 lb of surplus donated each year, on your behalf.

Through our Gleaning Wilson's program, every share you reserve helps fund the harvest, transport, and donation of surplus produce to regional food banks. Your subscription underwrites a community line item — quietly, every week.

How it works

From sign-up to table in four steps.

No contracts, no initiation fees, no surprise substitutions. The logistics are intentionally simple — they have been since the first share went out in 2008.

  1. Step 01

Reserve your share in under three minutes.

Pick a tier, choose a pickup site or delivery window, and confirm. You'll get a confirmation email and access to the member portal within the hour. We do not auto-renew — you'll be asked, gently, in early April.

  2. Step 02

Every Tuesday, the share is packed at the farm.

Harvest starts at first light. Greens are hydro-cooled, roots are washed and bunched, tomatoes are hand-graded. Packing wraps by 11am. The box is on the truck, the Lincoln market shelf, or your front step by 4pm.

  3. Step 03

Pick up at one of twelve sites, or get it delivered.

Pickup windows run Tuesday 2–7pm at sites from Lexington to Wellesley. Order by 11am for same-day delivery within our 25-mile radius — order Sunday night and your box arrives in time for Monday dinner.

  4. Step 04

Skip a week, swap an item, change anything.

Out of town? Pause until you're back. Don't like the radicchio this week? Swap it for arugula in the portal. Most members tweak at least one item per box — that's what the system is built for.

From the membership

Three subscribers, three reasons they renewed.

"I'm a weeknight cook, not a chef. The share forces me to use what's actually in season — and the recipe notes tucked into the Homesteader box have made me a noticeably better cook. My grocery bill is lower, my salads are better, and I haven't bought a supermarket tomato since 2022."

Priya Ramachandran Homesteader subscriber · 3 seasons · Arlington, MA

"I run a small catering kitchen in Cambridge. The Family share underwrites half my produce budget from June through October. The quality is better than anything I can source wholesale, and I can text the farm team Monday morning if I need extra basil for a wedding — they always seem to find it."

Marco DeLuca Family subscriber · 6 seasons · Chef, Cambridge MA

"Our kids are eight, eleven, and thirteen. They know which vegetables come from Wilson's, and they know which ones they like. The pause-a-week button saved us the summer we traveled for three weeks in July — no waste, no guilt, and the share was waiting when we got home."
